Job Title: School Networking & Relationship Manager

Term: Discussion. Flexible options, as either casual or part-time role

Hours: Estimated 14-20 hours per week.

Rate: $40+ per hour (negotiable)

As we expand, we seek a motivated and proactive team member to support school partnerships, strengthen relationships, and ensure the ongoing success of our programs.

Role Overview

School Network and Relationship Manager will be responsible for engaging and networking with schools around Sydney to book and rebook MyStrengths programs. Working as part of our sales team, you will provide outstanding customer support to existing school partners, promote additional offerings, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Student Support Officers (SSOs) and other networks. Your role will contribute to the expansion and visibility of the MyStrengths brand in schools across Sydney.

This role will begin by taking over some existing school relationships, respond to new enquiries and follow up schools who want positive approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential new school partners.
  • Actively manage and coordinate school bookings, ensuring a seamless experience for schools and educators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school staff, including Principals, SSOs, and Wellbeing Coordinators.
  • Lead conference, seminars and promotions for NSW MyStrengths programs.
  • If desired, join the team as a MyStrengths coach

    Key Skills & Experience

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Charismatic and enjoys connecting and networking. Previous experience in high schools will help in this role
    • Likely an extroverted person who enjoys meeting people, networking, being out and interactive.
    • Passion for youth development and education.
    • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
